Delivery & Returns
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders refer to items that are currently awaiting arrival at our fulfilment centre. You’re welcome to place an order in advance—these items will be dispatched as soon as new stock arrives, usually on or shortly after the estimated date listed on the product page.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. During sale periods we experience high order volumes, please allow a few extra days for dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Standard UK Delivery: 3–8 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched and in the hands of Royal Mail, our primary last-mile delivery provider.
Note on Battery Products:
Orders containing batteries may take slightly longer to ship due to UK transport regulations for lithium batteries. These items must be packaged and handled according to strict guidelines to ensure safety during transit.
Shipping Protection
You may add optional shipping protection at checkout. This guarantees a replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. If shipping protection is declined, we unfortunately cannot guarantee compensation for lost or stolen packages.
Returns & 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We proudly offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 90 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility Criteria:
- The product must be in resellable condition, clean, and thoroughly washed after use.
- It must be returned in the original packaging (including boxes, manuals, tags, or accessories).
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at time of purchase are not eligible unless faulty.
- Customers must cover return shipping costs to qualify.
- A photo of the product must be provided prior to return so we can assess its condition.
Bundle Orders:
If returning part of a bundle, the original bundle pricing no longer applies. The items you keep will revert to their standard sale price, and the refund will reflect the adjusted amount.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
